Order confirmation
Orders are dispatched only after we confirm them with you directly. The website's order form alone does not trigger dispatch.
Serviceable areas
We aim to deliver within India. Whether your PIN code is serviceable, including for Cash on Delivery, will be confirmed by us at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charges will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed.
Dispatch and delivery timelines
Dispatch times and delivery timelines depend on stock, location and courier partner, and will be shared at confirmation. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
Courier arrangements
Orders are shipped through third-party courier partners. Delays caused by the courier, weather or other events outside our control may occur.
At delivery
- Please keep the exact COD amount ready.
- Check that the package is sealed. If it looks damaged, note it with the delivery agent and inform us.
